| Junior Member | Junk food or fast food is really the worst type of food intake you can opt for. Fast food or fried food is mostly cooked in unhealthy commercial fats and oils for some time before they are ready for dressing and serving. White bread, white sugar are almost totally deprived of nutrient content and cottage cheese is highly acidic in nature. Moreover, the dressings on the fast food are just as unhealthy for us. Some doctors and leading dietitians have even proclaimed they are nothing but slow poison. If you eat only three times a day then you will be starving most probably and will tend to overeat. Your body also senses temporary starvation and tends to store more fat. Your body must be fed five to six healthy small meals a day so that it feels it is always full of essential nutrients. Your metabolism is geared up to burning more calories. Consume a gallon of fresh water everyday as it also is a fat burner. Totally shun junk food, sodas, alcohol and cigarette smoke if you seriously want to lose weight. Eat only fresh natural foods, preferably organically grown. |

| I crave pizza too! My aunt actually just made a vegan version of a pizza roll type of thing. Very few calories it included: vegan cheese, vegan peperoni, olives, pesto, roasted red peppers and some special kind of dough i think she found at whole foods. It was amazing! |

| Junior Member | As you are eager to eat pizza it won't be good enough to suggest you something which is not your cup of tea.But I'm here to disappoint you .If this habit of yours continue ,it not only add weight on you but also show signs of other disease like, heart block. So have thought and then continue your favorite unhealthy food habit. |

| You Can Eat The Foods You Want---And Still Lose Weight Losing weight does not have to be that hard! Now, don't get me wrong. I am not a spokesman for the "Pizza Hut" diet. But I have found a way to lose 70 lbs and keep it off. And I still eat the foods I like each and every week. The key is simple. You have to increase your metabolism (the rate at which you burn calories) so that it exceeds the amount of calories you intake every day. Sounds like a simple formula doesn't it? But... You do need a plan to do this. In other words, you need a nutrition plan to balance all this out. To regulate it if you will, so that you have control of your metabolism. That way it doesn't spin out of control. One of the biggest mistakes I made when I started out (Diets) was, the whole calorie counting bull-- Don't do this-- it only leads to frustration. As a mater of fact, the biggest mistake i made was thinking a diet was the solution to my problem. Lets face it...95% of all diets are designed to fail from the start. diets are associated with deprivation for a reason. Not surprisingly, they're also associated with a resolve that crumbles like a handful of potato chips in the face of temptation. Give in enough times, and you end up giving up altogether. Try a nutrition plan. After all, this is something you go on willingly, to lose weight forever! Where as, a diet plan is something we go on for a short period of time. In the hopes that we will magically lose some pounds. Where in truth, most of us hit that plateau where we can't lose any more. We all have been there, and just in case you haven't... trust me ...you will be! Enough about that though. Lets get back tot the whole pizza thing. The skinny of it is, you can have your cake and eat it to. You just have to know how much and when! There are secrets out there that diet pill manufacturers and weight loss magazines don't want you to know. Once you find out about these you will never look at dieting the same way again! It truly is a snap to lose weight. It just takes a proper plan. But, don't take my word for it! See for yourself. Best Success |
