I need to lose 25 kg. Help!

Hi my name is Gema. Could someone help me? I am 41 years old, my weight is 95 kg and i would like to loose around 25 kg. I started taking xenical three months ago and in the first month i lost 2 kg but no more until now. Please can someone give me a diet plan with the foods i should eat while i am taking xenical. I think the xenical capsules could help me but i am confused about the amount of fat and the food i should eat .Thanks a lot! Gema

Do you exercise? I think that is one of the most important factors in weight loss. When it comes to eating, you should just try to eat as healthy as possible (good fats, lean meats, and lots of veggie and fruits) and don't overeat (stop when you start to feel full).

I need to lose 25 kg. Help!

Keep small targets...may be 2 kgs for a month first and make smaller plans like giving up sugars and then giving up the colas and the high calorie diet.

Add a lot of salads and yogurts in your diet and a little bit of movement to your lifestyle. Will work out i am sure. All the best.

hi gemma...while diet supplements could be a solution, they are not highly recommended - doing it naturally is the best way. 25 kg is quite a goal and it seems impossible to do it without physical training added to the diet plan. you'll find some tips on howcelebritiesloseweight.com]How Celebrities Lose Weight - Celebrity Diets, Workouts, & Weight Loss Secrets![/url] but it's all up to you, and start with a gym subscription - make it an expensive one, you'll at least feel obliged

Here are some tips..

There are numerous ways to lose weight(Exercise, Medications, Nutrition). Losing weight is a matter of burning more calories than you eat. Well, it sounds reasonably simple, but it is not. You should mix moderate exercise with nutrition! A supplemental approach may be of a great help, proven supplements that may assist you are: Exitor and Lipitrex.

Only when this is now enough then try proven medications only, such as Xenical (Orlistat)(that you are taking) or Acomplia (Rimonabant) , that will assist you in losing the undesired weight with little or no side effects. Take care!

Smile Never Rely on Artificial medication

You should never rely on artificial medication for losing weight. Give up any and all forms of medication since even prescription medicine has a lot of side effects on the body.

You should aim to lose 1-3 pounds of fat per week through diet and exercise.
First you have to eat a natural healthy diet. Consume a gallon of water everyday, opt for brown rice, whole grain bread cereals, fresh and naturally grown fruits and vegetables, fresh juices of the same, nuts, edible seeds, legumes and healthy oils like extra virgin olive oil for cooking and dressing. Fish oil capsules and emulsions like cod liver oil, shark liver oil are great for you.

All junk food, commercial fruit juices, sodas, cold drinks, alcohol, cigarette smoke is banned for you.
Learn to cook healthy desserts for yourself and reward yourself when you reach your weekly goals.

Even if find 20-30 minutes of time in a day then do Yoga breathing exercises, in the morning or evening, on an empty stomach. They will not only burn fat, but balance your hormones, correct all your physiological systems at once. Do them for 15 days and you'll be addicted to them.
