| Help curb carb addiction?/BED I've gained 30 pounds this year from a binge eating disorder that I'm currently being treated for.My biggest obstacle is any sort of carb-loaded food or dessert. I give in too easily;Even if I'm not hungry, I can't resist taking a slice of chocolate cake, or eating a bowl of ice cream when I see it. I can't deprive the rest of my family from having a treat every now and then, but I'm unable to tell myself "no" to any dessert in sight. Even worse, when I give in, I can't stop. One cookie becomes 5 and one bowl of ice cream becomes the whole container. Any advice onhow to curb my cravings and jumpstart a healthy eating plan that i'll be satisfied with, thus enabling me to lose some weight? |

| Help curb carb addiction?/BED When you want to resist you think of it ever more...so don't.Just accept the fact you love them and treat yourself once in a while and don't buy otherwise so that you are not tempted. Telephone Triage |
