| Many people want to lose weight very quickly and as a result try various plans and startegies to shed some weight.I personally feel starving yourself and spending of hours at the gym does not really matter and is not something that i like doing because i have a busy schedule.It took me time,research and several trials of various methods before i finally narrowed it down to 5 ways of easy weight loss.Before trying any of the ways some steps should be taken,some of them are 1.We have to understand what we are to eat 2.We need to study how our body reacts to the diets that we are starting to take. 3.We need to set realistic goals and targets 4.We need discipline and finally devotion. Now let me briefly take 6 tips that could help with weight loss 1.Vegetables and fruits should be taken with each meal as they help cut down calories we take from other foods 2.Alcohol intake should be limited as it deteriorates our will power an d is also fattening. 3.Introduce suppliments to diet to help curb appetite and gives us more energy 4.Eat less processed foods which are normally less fattening.E.g Potatoes to chips 5.Cut amount of daily calories by a drastic amount say 80 calories. 6.Engage in physical activities e.g walking,jogging.This could help with easy burning of calories.Although we dont have to make it a daily activity. | Junior Member | When we are going on a weight loss (fat loss) journey our mission should be planned well and executed thoroughly. You will first need to find out your current body weight, body fat percentage, height, type of metabolism and record them on a diary along with your gender. Then find out your ideal body weight, body fat percentage level taking into account the above factors. You should calculate the difference between current and ideal body weight, body fat percentage level and then figure out how many pounds of fat you need to lose altogether. Suppose you weigh 200 pounds with 32% body fat level then you need to go down to 10-12% body fat level and lose 40-44 pounds of fat. If you aim realistically then you can lose 1-3 pounds of fat per week, so it will take 14 weeks to lose the fat mass safely. Set up a weekly target and monthly and deadline goal to reach your overall goal. Above all, have discipline and dedication to achieve your goal. |
