Has anyone tried the weight loss program called Build My Meals? I overheard some coworkers discussing it and thought about joining. I guess I have nothing to lose since it's free but I wanted to see if anyone has tried it. You can google Build My Meals to find out more info.

oh...yeah,

I heard and joined it too. It was beneficial for my body and stamina. I can take more nutrition due to that.

I did loose almost 12 pounds as I finished it on my 14th day. I still feel great and continue to take that formula.
Now I can move my body well and feel like sporty and a lot more.
