| Which gym you go and what is your exercise routines??? I go to Bally's total fitness at least 2 times a week. my routines are Warm up 10 min, Cardio (run in track) 30 min, stairs 15 min, lift weight (for upper arms and lower arms only; 5lbs) 20 minutes and cooling off 10 min. I think that's good enough for me.. |

| I go to my local gym usually 6 times a week. My workout varies greatly depending on the day. Some days I lift weights, some days I do cardio, and some days I do both. On the day that I lift legs, I do not do any cardio. |
