| Sat., Aug 19: Started off with 30 min Namaste Yoga on FitTV, had a bowl of oatmeal with ALRI Lipolytic Protein and cinnamon, let that digest, then went to do some cardio... Recumbent Bike: 30 min; interval training Elliptical w/arms: 60 min; HR interval (HR 135, up to 155, back down, up...). I think that will do it for me today |

I needed this; I worked my butt off the beginning of this week (literally, I hope Fri., Sep. 1: 30 min Namaste Yoga 60 min Total Body Toning Class, for which the instructor did a body pump program this time. | Fri., Sep. 8: ...up in time for 30 min morning Namaste Yoga on Fit TV, breakfast, then cleaned up a little and headed to the fitness center for just a few classes today. 30 min Abs Class 60 min Total Body Toning Class We used the ball (the big exercise balls you sit/lay on, not the medicine balls) quite a bit, in both classes. These are great for so many exercises -- just be sure to get the correct size for you if you are thinking of getting one. I have a little trouble in that one size is good for some things, but not so great for others. There may be a correct size for me, but not the ones in the fitness center -- they'll do, though...heck, I don't have to pay for those (with the exception of my monthly fee |

| Sun., Sep. 24: Today I got up for 8:30 AM Namaste Yoga (30 min), then headed to our little club fitness center for 30 min on the recumbent bike, some ab and back exercises on the ball, and 30 min on the treadmill (increasing incline). I'm feeling much better today...just a little bug I had, I suppose. I've still got a bit of a runny nose, but felt much better after I sweat some of it out. The day of rest yesterday, though, was a very wise decision. |

| Tue., Sep. 26: I'm actually quite shocked that I managed to make it through, considering I am still trying to get over the cold or whatever it is I caught last week, but I actually survived "Insane Day" at the fitness center! Sometimes I really amaze myself!! 30 min abs class 60 min spinning class 60 min total body workout class (I had to sort of modify a little here, as I was already beyond exausted at this point, obviously due to the buckets of sweat during spinning class) 60 min Yoga/Pilates class (this is a mid/low intensity class, so it was a nice cool down/stretch out |
