| I do not think that there are even close to enough calories in your diet for it to be a healthy one! A person needs to eat enough calories to "keep the fire burning"!! Health experts say that you should not take in any less than 1200 calories a day, even on the most strict weight loss diet. Also, it totally depends on your starting weight, how active you are, etc. as to how many calories you should take in. How did you came up with these particular numbers? P.S. Although I do not agree with your diet plan, I do love your avitar! |
