The Better Half - Diet

I want to share the diet program that has worked for me - The Better Half - Diet. It is a simple, practical approach that aims for permanent lifestyle changes that includes eating better, eating less and adopting a more active lifestyle. Aim to cut out the high fat and high sugar foods – Eat Better. Halve your portions for your normal meals – Eat Half. Say no to weird foods, or unhealthy diets. Aim for a permanent change in diet and lifestyle by exercising more. It’s easy to follow at home or when eating out with family or friends. Simply eat the Better Half of what you eat now! Thank you for introducing us to this diet, and welcome to Diet Forum Live. There are so many different diets out there, and something that works for one person may not work for another. The best thing we can do is learn all we can about diet, nutrition, exercise, and just being healthy and then deciding what might work for each of us
