Progress Pics

Thought this would be a good place to post pics of transformations, progress made from training. Basicly, before and after.
I guess I'll start with some of mine.
The first 2 are from October 2005 (around 162lbs)
The 2 batch are from December 2005. (around 178lbs)
(I did a lot of leg work, which you wont see in these)
Im posting these because this was around when I was able to get back in the gym after a long unemployement time frame..

I actually have a Cpicture of me from 2 years ago- crazy fat- like 215lbs, but, I was a different person then)
I'll post current ones shortly.

You have got a really, hard dry frame Flossy. Have you ever thought about doing some fitness modeling and junk? it sounds like you had a rough patch and were a lardy for a while; what helped you acheive your present body the most?

that's easy, this joke was made about him:

So, anyway, there's this gigantic fat dude named xtraflossy who weighs about 300lbs +. He's tried every routine known to man but he just can't seem to lose any weight, or if he does, he immediately gains it back and then some.
Anyway, his lazy ass is sitting there watching TV one day and he sees this commercial that says "guaranteed to lose however much weight you want to lose, or your money back." He figures, fvck it, worse case scenario, I'll get my money back. So, he calls them up and the
company asks, "how much weight are you looking to lose?" He replies, "15lbs would be nice." Company replies, "hey, no problem, we can take care of that in one day, we'll be at your place in 45 minutes."
So, exactly 45 minutes goes by, and he gets a knock at the door. He opens it and standing there is a drop dead gorgeous blonde model, buck naked, except for a sign hung around her neck that says "if you can catch me, you can fvck me." She takes off and after about 45-50 minutes of sprinting his ass off, he finally catches up with her, does his deed and that's that. He jumps on the scale the next day and it says exactly 15lbs lighter, no more, no less.

He's thinking to himself, "damn, this is a great program, I could get used to this real quick." So, he calls them back up the next week and says "this time I'm looking to lose 30lbs." Their reply, "no problem, we can take care of that in one day." 45 minutes later, he gets a knock at the door. He opens and there's this perfect 10 brunette wearing nothing but a pair of running shoes with the same exact sign, "if you can catch me, you can fvck me." She takes off and this time it takes him about 2 hours to catch up with her. He's dead tired but he closes the deal anyway. Next day, he weighs in exactly 30lbs less.

A week goes by, now he's thinking to himself, "man, i just have to try this program one more time. but this time, i'm going for the gold, i want to lose 50lbs." so, once again, he calls the number up and tells them he wants to lose 50lbs. Their reply, "no problem, we can take care of that in one day." 45 minutes goes by and he gets a knock at the door and this time the guy is ready. I mean, he's decked out in full running gear ready for the chase. He opens the door and standing there is a 450lbs silverback gorilla, holding a sign that reads "if I catch you, I'm gonna fvck you."

I quite drinking everyday,.. (basicly).
When thees nothing to do, it's easy to get lost in the day to day routine of living the unemployed life.
I also (as a result of the drinking) just cared less about what I ate, did,... had people over at my house every night till like 4:00am...

Even when I started going back to the gym, I remember thinking.. "Self.... someone who works out every day shouldnt look like this..."
But, once I was able to kick the alchole durring the week, things looked up.
I started eating right again,.. just tring to make myself a better person.
In the End, there was no lack in my training.. Just the things I put INTO my body that made the difference. Of course, this was in Jan 2003 I got layed off,.. I still went to the gym kinda regularly. So, after basicly 2 years of being lazy, I got back into it. Its a crazy pic really,.. I need to bring it in Monday (Im getting a tooth pulled tomarrow, so I dont know If I'll remember after all the meds...).

Never really thought about doing fitness modeling (well, not seriously though).
I would hate to have to worry about my appearence for a living.

Red face

hey,
the pics are nice. Congrads on your progress. Im not sure if you are a trainer or if you have accomplished your goals with just hard work and a good diet, but I would like to know how to strengthen my quad and hams and inner thighs to the point where there is muscle showing. My knees give me trouble sometimes so squatting I think, is out of the question. When I squat my knees hurt sometimes/ Got any suggestions
thannks

You can start a new thread in the "pics" section, and use the "dropdown" (down arrow) to the right of the attachment icon (paperclip) to download pictures from your computer. Let me know if you need any further help on this. We look forward to seeing your pictures
