| Recent arm shot.. Figured I would be the first to post in here too  .I can thank Bobo over @ AM for the help getting here, he took me out of military training mode and reminded me how to train for hypertrophy. |

| Hey Lake! Glad to see you over here Buddy. The last few shots of yours look great. From what I can see from the picture your arm looks pumped and DRY as heck.What do you think your BF is right now?
