Lipo-den??

Hi all...
I have taken B12 injections different times during my life (especially while in college), and last year started them up again at the suggestion of my Endo since I had Thyroid issues which zapped my energy. With Thyroid issues also comes weight gain and so I talked to a weightloss doctor (my Endo was kept in the loop, and agreed to it) who added Lipotropics to my injection to help with my weightloss. I've done really good so far. I HAVE come across another injection, though, called Lipo-den. It's supposed to help with the Potassium and Sodium exchange in the body. It already has the B12 and Lipotropics in it (which I already know works), but adds another amino acid called Adenosine (this is the part that deals with the Potassium/Sodium).
I'm seriously thinking about this since I have problems with retaining water and processing Sodium. My Endo has given me a go-ahead on it... I'm just wondering if anyone else has either used the Lipo-den or heard of it. TIA
